Plum Pie Bars
So I got plums from the farmers market and didn't know what to do... So why not make pie bars???

For The Filling
- ⅛cupschopped plums
- 0.08tablespoonsgranulated sugar
- 0.08tablespoonscornstarch
- 0.04teaspoonground cinnamon
- 0.02teaspoonground ginger
- pinch salt
For The Crust
- 0.08cupsall-purpose flour
- 0.02teaspoonbaking powder
- 0.01teaspoonsalt
- 0.04cupunsalted butter
- 0.04cupgranulated sugar
- 0.04teaspoonvanilla extract

For the Filling
Toss plums with sugar, cornstarch, spices and salt; set aside.
For the crust/topping
Preheat oven to 350, line a 13x9 baking tray with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy the beat in vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt in a separate bowl then mix into to our sugar mixture.
Using 3/4 of the dough press it down into the parchment paper lined pan.
Spread plum mixture over the dough and then crumble the remaining dough on top (small pieces just a nice crumb topping)
Bake for about 55 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
Cool on a wire rack for about 30 minutes. And then enjoy!!!
